Back from Florida, Inspired! What an incredible experience and honor it was to have my painting juried into such a show by such a distinguished panel of jurors (including Morten Solberg and Stephen Doherty) and to see it hanging in the Naples Art Museum among so many gorgeous paintings by so many fabulous artists! (Also on exhibit: original etchings by Rembrandt and 3 unbelievable installations by Dale Chihuly!) I felt like Dorothy in the Land of Oz! I didn’t come home with any cash awards, but received personal compliments and encouragement from several of the jurors.
